FUEL INJECTOR
INTRODUCTION:- "Injector" is a main device or component of diesel engine, which is help to the engine for start. Without "injector" engine not work for the improper fuel enter in the engine so"injector"work as gate keeper(how much fuel enter into engine that decide by injector).JOHANNES SPIEL was designed the first manifold injection system in 1884 then HERBERT AKROYD STUART developed an indirect injection system. MERCEDES BENZ 300SL GULLWIN produced the FIRST direct injection vehicle.the injector main function is spray the fuel into engine cylinder during ignition as much require fuel. there is no fix of fuel spray in a second to the engine due to different type injector now available.
MADE OF MATERIAL:-
Injectors are made of CARBON STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL,BRASS,TITANIUM,CARBON AND POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE(PTFE).
PARTS:-
Valve - A valve function is to be open and close work as a gate for fuel entering.
Pilot needle - Pilot needle drive the fuel elemination process like how much fuel enter into cylinder that passes the fuel and also it helps the preignation process of the vehicle for proper combustion .
