RADIATOR AND ITS USE!
What is Radiator :-
radiator is a device which emit the heat from the main device or engine to the atmospher,when the hot fluid or liquid passes through the radiator that time the radiator work as shocker and shock the heat from fluid bye the turning cupper or aluminum pipe and reduce the heat to the atmospher with in second and it is a continous process or cycle in side the radiator.you know HEAT FLOW FROM HIGH TO LOW thats the law follow by radiator for cooling the device.
firstly the iron foil uses in the radiator for heat transfer and that time water was use as liquid for cooling the device you also watch this on heavy vehicle radiator but slowly slowly it is modified and now aluminum foil uses as heat radiator because aluminum foil cost is low and it emit the heat very fast as compare to the iron foil.(you can find on ambassador that uses water for cooling the engine as liquid)
Aluminum foil is uses as heat radiator in the radiator for fast heat emission to the atmospher,the aluminum foil is arrange in box shape inside the radiator and that foil is very thin plate. you can see every where that uses of radiator like refrigerator back side curve cupper pipe,air conditioner both compressor and condenser,vehicle aslo radiator uses in bike or scooter,you think two not in wheeler but you can check it now in your vehicle engine side that look like cutting plate thats the function of radiator
radiator is a thermalsheet that transfer or exchange the heat between engine and atmosphere,if the thin aluminium sheet damage then it effect on the heat exchange which is the reason of faster engine heating issue,if this type of damages you can find then change that sheet or repair it.
Before some year water was uses as coolant,you know continous water contact that creat corrosion on the iron pipe which is very expenssive for maintain another thing that water cool the engine for few hour or few distance which is creat maximum problem for driver or rider.This type of problem face by the user so chemical liquid use as coolant which is solve this above type of problem and its price is too cheap.
verities of coolant avalaible on market and also separated by colour coding-GREEN COLOUR,RED COLOUR,YELLOW COLOUR.Green colour coolant density very low and red colour coolant density very high also yellow colour coolant same as red but some differenc.Low density coolant exchange the heat faster but high density coolant take some time for heat exchange which is benefit to use low density coolant.
on engine start mode coolant continous flow in side the pipe through the engine and slowly it convert to the high density after few month uses,A fan is attach with radiator for heat exchange faster and that rotate as anticlock wise because radiator always on front side of the vehicle and vehicle move forward so that fan roate anticlock wise for shock the cool air from the atmosphere.
